In February.12 My friend and I travelled to South-America for the second time with a class from Karmøy-Folkehøyskole. I met the whole bunch at Amsterdam airport and they all looked like tourists. Some of the students was so excited they almost lost consciousness... not actually.. But almost..=)
In total of 19.students, our journey began in Peru, through Bolivia, and ended in Brazil. The one of the most intriguing and beautiful tour in my whole life. I must say that this is one of the most beautiful continents on earth.
With its endless jungle, the incredibly moist weather, luxurious busses, and friendly inhabitants. I will never forget, and I will miss everything on the journey. From our longest bus ride that lasted over 24 hours to the unforgettable trip on Macchu Pichu and the visits we paid at the suburbs, the "favelas" in Brazil, Rio De Janeiro. Such a fantastic tour! Our biking experience at the "Death Road". We went through so much in such short amount of time! If there would be another opportunity someday, I would travel back and experience it all over again. I would not hesitate!
